Meet The Team

Amy Horton

General Manager

Amy is passionate about her community, which is expressed in her loyalty to the success of The Baxter, the crown jewel of Bozeman.

Amy grew up in Southern California before moving to Bozeman in 2005 to attend Montana State University. She quickly became involved in a number of campus organizations, immersing herself in University life. During her time at MSU-Bozeman it became clear that Bozeman, Montana was the growing and thriving community she wanted to be a life-long member of. She joined the team at The Baxter and is grateful to have found a business that values the community, their clients, and their employees.

Sarah Juel

Director of Finance & Administration

Sarah is a dedicated Montana State University Alumni and Bobcat fan. She completed both her undergraduate bachelor degree of Art in English and her graduate Masters degree of Professional Accountancy here in Bozeman.

She currently controls all fiscal operations for The Baxter and supports Amy Horton (The Baxter’s general manager) in budget development and determining long range financial planning. Her favorite part of working for The Baxter is being connected to the vibrant community of Downtown Bozeman.

Anne Miller

Marketing & Event Specialist

Anne is a person described as kind, happy, driven and outgoing. Which is why she succeeds in her marketing and event support position at The Baxter.

Originally from Whitefish, Montana, Anne has a bachelors degree from the University of New Hampshire. As a member of the NCAA Division 1 Ski Team, she was naturally drawn back to her roots in Montana, landing in Bozeman for its outdoor community. After interning with the Downtown Bozeman Association, her passion for Downtown Bozeman was solidified, which makes her the perfect fit for The Baxter. Anne is committed to the same pledge made in 1929, to make Bozeman the best town in America.
