Liberating Structures

Join us for an engaging and truly game-changing workshop! Develop new skills for working at the top of your intelligence and imagination while creating the same opportunity for others. Learn new ways to get beyond disengagement, dysfunctional communication and lackluster strategies in your work with individuals, teams and communities!

In this workshop, you will learn and practice Liberating Structures (LS), 33 simple structures for purposefully organizing group interactions. Co-developed by Keith McCandless (your workshop facilitator!), Liberating Structures offers an alternative to conventional ways of facilitating, leading, or working with groups. Over the course of two days, we’ll focus on liberating creative adaptability in everyday group interactions and innovating ways to apply these methods to better reach your constituents and customers.

Liberating Structures have supported change efforts and new initiatives in numerous sectors, including: NASA, the World Bank, the United Nations, Fortune 500 companies, state government, higher education, the military, youth programs, software companies, nonprofits, and healthcare systems (including safety and infection prevention in Montana hospitals).

Dates: September 19th & 10th, 9:30am – 4:30pm each day (option exists to attend one or both days)
